The problem
The regulatory and reputational environment changes at the border.

An organisation can arrive with the right product, advisers and introductions, and still bring a communications model built for somewhere else. That gap is the work.

Four capabilities. One senior point of judgement.

The work sits above production. It is about deciding what the organisation should say, how it should position itself, which stakeholders matter, where the exposure sits and how communications should operate as technology and regulation change.

02Stakeholders

Public, Government & Stakeholder Affairs

Stakeholder strategy, government narrative, regulatory positioning, institutional engagement, executive briefing and policy and reputation intelligence.

03Positioning

Brand & Market Positioning

Corporate and destination positioning, international narrative, market entry positioning, audience and source market strategy and strategic partnerships.

04Transformation

AI Transformation & Reputation Intelligence

AI operating models, workflow redesign, governance and reputation intelligence. Machine readability: how an organisation makes its own knowledge available to systems. Brand Reality: how systems reconstruct and recommend it. Input and interpretation.

Explore Brand Reality →

Where reputation is tied to infrastructure, regulation and public trust.

Sector focus is deliberate: environments where communications, government, operations and reputation converge in the same decision.

01

Aviation

Airlines, airports, aviation groups, authorities and the wider aviation ecosystem. Corporate reputation, route and market entry, government and stakeholder affairs, crisis, executive communications and AI transformation.

02

Tourism & Destinations

Tourism authorities, destination organisations, destination developers and hospitality ecosystems. Destination positioning, international reputation, source market strategy, stakeholder affairs, Brand Reality, AI mediated destination discovery, recommendation accuracy and multilingual AI measurement.

03

Ports, Maritime & Logistics

Port groups, shipping companies, logistics operators, free zones and trade infrastructure. Corporate affairs, government and stakeholder strategy, trade narrative, market entry, issues and crisis.

04

Strategic Infrastructure & Government linked

Transport, major developments, economic zones, authorities and internationally exposed public or government linked organisations. Public affairs, stakeholder strategy, regulatory communications and leadership positioning.

Different situations. A clear mandate.

Engagements are scoped around the decision or exposure at hand, not around a fixed agency retainer or production menu.

Commercial market entry is only half the move.

The other half is how the organisation is understood: by government, partners, media, employees, regulators and the market itself.

Gulf → Europe

Arrive with credibility.

Adapt positioning, narrative, stakeholder strategy and communications to European expectations without diluting the strength of the original brand.

Poland · Germany · Austria · Norway · Sweden · Denmark
Europe → Gulf

Enter with context.

Translate corporate narrative, stakeholder priorities and executive communications for Gulf markets where government, partnership and reputation operate differently.

United Arab Emirates · Saudi Arabia · Qatar

AI changes the operating model, not just the output.

The opportunity is not more content. It is better judgement, redesigned workflows, clearer accountability and faster work without surrendering reputation to the model.

AI Transformation & Reputation Intelligence

Human judgement stays senior.

AI supports reputation intelligence, research, monitoring, multilingual synthesis, claims and evidence matching, destination discovery measurement and workflow execution. Responsibility for decisions, claims, disclosure, editorial standards and reputation remains human.

18 years across international communications.

Aviation · reputation · government · destinations · AI

I started on the flight deck with an EASA pilot licence and a flight dispatch licence. Aviation taught me calm, precision and clear language when everything moves fast.

I carried that into eighteen years of communications leadership, including crisis response inside the Lufthansa Group, the Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines rebrands, 192 nations at Expo 2020 Dubai, and senior communications work across UAE government and destination portfolios.

Language is my other craft. I’m a linguist and published author. I work across public relations, government relations, reputation, aviation and AI, often where several cultures, approval lines and operating systems meet.

I also worked on AI training and evaluation for OpenAI through Project Feather, focused on communications, branding, marketing and presentation quality, including how models handle tone, structure, reputation and language consistency across complex domains.

Now I combine those worlds. I design AI assisted communications and operational systems, from reputation intelligence and multilingual response to destination AI and Brand Reality measurement, governance, human in the loop workflows, and model training and evaluation. The case work on this site shows the thinking, decisions and operating architecture behind that work.
